@jerry skippings The 9509 is not a genuine BlackBerry/RIM product but a Chinese copy. It is not a 3G model so will only work via GPRS.

Mandy – you need to set the phone to “listen” for incoming Bluetooth connections – go to Manage Connections>Set Up Bluetooth and set it from there.

If you are using the BIS system, create an online account (ask your mobile network for the web address) and add your email accounts online. Once you have done so you can edit the Signature for each email account.
