How Do I Migrate My Pocket Pc Contacts To My Blackberry?

Hi,
I have a number of contacts on my Pocket PC and I woud like to migrate them to my work blackberry.
Ideally I would like to do this through bluetooth to avoid installing syncronization software.

I have a blackberry pearl 8100 but i have lost the software disc that came with it. I am trying to download the blackberry desktop software, but i don’t know which version i need to download off the blackberry site, whenevr i download one it tells me i need different software installed to make it work. i have been tearing my hair out for a while with this, would really appreciate some help
